CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Studio time is charged either HOURLY (no part hours) or DAILY (based on 8-Hour Days), with differing rates for Midweek and Weekend working.
Overtime or time worked outside of our published core hours will be charged in hourly blocks at the appropriate standard rate plus 50%.
Sessions of three or more days duration can usually only be confirmed subject to the payment of a deposit based on the overall session duration.
Such deposits will become due within 21 days of the commencement date of the session unless otherwise determined by ourselves.
In addition to special rates for SOLO/DUO acts and BANDS we offer a number of discounted session rates for longer sessions as published in our current website and brochures.
All such sessions will be considered to be payable in full, even if the session is completed in advance of the time booked by the client.
Wherever possible we will attempt to price-match any genuine quotation from any comparable studio offering similar facilities to ours.
All quotations need to be verified by us by either sigth of a written quotation or by viewing generally accessible web site details. Our normal minimum session times and operating hours will apply and our additional material costs will remain unaffected by this offer.
The charge for the supply of Hard Drives, DVD-R, CD-R, DAT Tapes and other media will be considered as an extra to Studio Hire and will be charged as required in line with our current tariff, available in printed form or within our website.
The balance due on all sessions will be payable on completion of the sessions unless otherwise determined by ourselves.
Standard-rate sessions that are completed early by the client will be subject to an appropriate refund as calculated by ourselves.
Payment may be made by CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or PayPal.
Please note that payments by the latter method are subject to status and that a service charge of 4% will be added to payments for goods and services in excess of £100 made in this way.
Credit Terms and payments on Invoice can only be offered to approved contractors and will generally always be subject to a 50% deposit with balance on 30 day terms for payment after completion of all booked sessions.
Sessions that are cancelled by the client within 24 Hours of the proposed start time or "no shows" will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the projected session fee. Such fees will be due for payment immediately.
Damages to fixtures and fittings or other items of Studio equipment by the client, or by invited guests of the client, will be charged to the client at current market rates and be deemed payable within the final cost of the session.
CADMAN LANE Studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
